ZER01 is a Las Vegas based Communications Company, chiefly engaged in creating infrastructure components and value added services for mobile network operators, enterprises and MVNOs. ZER01 has extensive expertise in Networks SIP/IMS-based applications and products development for Wireless and Wireline networks.

By utilizing proprietary technology and infrastructure as never before used, ZER01 is able to enable MVNOs and telecommunications service companies to provide an affordable Unlimited Mobile Service.

ZER01 is the first Mobile Virtual Enabler Company to offer true Mobile Voice over IP services at a carrier level.

Over the last decade, the principles in Unified Technologies Group ("UTGI"), a well respected International Diversified Conglomerate, has built up significant interests in the telecom sector ranging from a telecom operator with operational data centers, and fiber optics, to Voice Over Net Technologies, and Wireless Internet, and Communications.

ZER01 Communications, Inc. was formed in the United States in 2008, as a Nevada corporation and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UTGI, to pursue opportunities in the Mobile VoIP (MoIP) telecom and Application market as a direct offering of UTGI. ZER01 Communications will grow the company to enable MVNOs to commercially launch of products and services that have never before existed, by leveraging the assets of Unified Technologies Group.

In 2008, encouraged by the potential of the MoIP and Application market opportunity, ZER01 Communications decided to pursue a more aggressive expansion strategy, appointing an experienced and credible executive management team to unleash the potential of the ZER01 Communications business. Corresponding with the placement of the executive management team, ZER01 Communications was created. ZER01 Communications has already made and continues to make significant investments in growing the business.
